About the Role:

As the Craftsmanship Director, you will be leading our team of skilled artisans and craftsmen, spearheading innovative practices, and overseeing the creation of high-quality products. You will work closely with our member associations and industry leaders to ensure that our manufacturing processes adhere to the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the craftsmanship and quality of our products
Collaborate with member associations to promote traditional and modern manufacturing techniques
Oversee the design and production of unique, high-end products that showcase the artistry of Normandy
Lead and motivate a team of skilled artisans to continually improve their craft
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in the field of production

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the realm of artisanal production
Demonstrated understanding of the artistry and craftsmanship associated with manufacturing
Excellent knowledge of traditional and contemporary production methods
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for preserving and enriching the cultural heritage of manufacturing in Normandy
