Responsibilities

Champion and advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to implement strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.
Organize and facilitate cultural awareness and sensitivity training sessions.
Support employee resource groups and diversity-related events.
Provide guidance and mentorship for employees from underrepresented groups.
Evaluate and enhance existing policies to ensure they support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

Proven experience in advocating for diversity and inclusion in a professional environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Deep understanding of cultural diversity and related issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passionate about promoting an inclusive culture within the workplace.
