As a leader in fostering a culture of physical fitness and sportsmanship, our district is dedicated to providing exceptional athletic programs that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive athletic programs for students
- Coordinate and manage sports events, competitions, and training sessions
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of athletic equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure the safety and well-being of student athletes
- Monitor academic eligibility and uphold compliance with athletic regulations
- Engage with parents, community members, and external partners to support athletic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Prior experience in coaching, sports management, or athletic administration
- Demonstrated ability to organize and lead sports programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive athletic environment
- Understanding of relevant safety and regulatory standards
