Job Responsibilities:

Identify emerging trends and developments in the construction and woodworking industry
Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts
Evaluate and recommend potential partnerships and collaborations
Manage and oversee innovation projects from ideation to implementation
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and nonprofits, to drive innovation initiatives
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of innovation strategies
Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in innovation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or product development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Knowledge of the construction and woodworking industry is a plus
