Position Overview:
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your main objective will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
- Understand and identify customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and products to address their requirements.
- Train customers on using our digital banking platforms, empowering them to manage their accounts effectively.
- Actively participate in cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize customer relationships and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with necessary information.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Proficient in using technology, including digital banking platforms and CRM systems.
- Possess a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in other local languages would be an advantage.
