Agder Energy Group is a leading energy company in Agder og Rogaland, Norway. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to our organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters impacting the energy industry
Review and draft various contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Manage legal risks associated with business operations and projects
Conduct legal research and stay updated with industry developments
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal partners

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the Bar in Norway with a solid understanding of the Norwegian legal system
Minimum 7 years of experience working as a legal advisor or in a similar legal role
Strong knowledge of energy and regulatory laws
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders
Proven track record of handling high-profile legal matters
