Responsibilities:

Analyze and develop strategies for optimizing energy consumption within our production units.
Design and implement environmental conservation plans to minimize our carbon footprint.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable initiatives.
Evaluate the impact of our operations on local ecosystems and propose mitigation measures.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of sustainable practices among employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field.
Prior experience in energy efficiency, environmental conservation, or similar roles.
Thorough knowledge of environmental regulations and their application.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive environmental assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
