Job Description:

Agricultural Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Agricultural Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our agricultural specialists, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable farming practices across our properties. Your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting soil tests and analyzing data to determine optimal growing conditions
Monitoring plant health and implementing pest control measures
Assisting with the planning and execution of irrigation systems
Collaborating with the research and development team to enhance crop productivity
Providing training and support to farm staff on proper agricultural techniques
Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and ethical farming practices
Keeping detailed records of farm activities and generating reports

Requirements:

Degree in Agriculture or a related field
Proven experience in agricultural management
Knowledge of sustainable farming practices
Understanding of irrigation systems and water management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in Spanish and English
