Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging content for various communication channels, ensuring brand consistency
Develop communication strategies to enhance the image and reputation of West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation
Monitor and analyze social media trends, provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Proactively interact with the public, responding to inquiries and comments in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

Knowledge of current communication trends and best practices
Familiarity with correctional facilities and rehabilitation services is a plus
