Idaho Department of Lands is seeking a talented and innovative professional to join our dynamic team as a Creative Image Stylist. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling narratives that align with our mission and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop unique visual concepts that reflect the essence of our department's initiatives and projects.
Create captivating and impactful design elements to be used across various platforms and mediums.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design into our communications strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design techniques to bring fresh perspectives to our visual storytelling.
Execute and manage the production of visually engaging content, including but not limited to photography, graphic design, and multimedia assets.
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all visual materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
Proven experience in creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates key messages.
Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Possess a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
