Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics

Proven track record in handling complex data sets and drawing actionable insights
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
