Key Responsibilities:

Engage with visitors to provide information about our products and wildlife conservation mission
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing inquiries and offering assistance
Operate and manage sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail space
Contribute to the development of creative and engaging retail displays

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering excellent service
Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
