Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with visitors to provide information about our products and wildlife conservation mission
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing inquiries and offering assistance
- Operate and manage sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail space
- Contribute to the development of creative and engaging retail displays
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering excellent service
- Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
