About the Role

We are seeking an imaginative individual to fill the role of Animal Enthusiast. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your creative talents and love for animals to enhance our productions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our production teams to integrate animals seamlessly into our performances, resulting in unforgettable experiences for our audiences.

Responsibilities:

Research and understand different species of animals to ensure their well-being and ethical treatment during performances.
Collaborate with directors, designers, and actors to create innovative and compelling interactions between animals and performers.
Manage and maintain the safety of animals during rehearsals and performances, adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
Assist in the training and handling of animals to ensure their comfort and cooperation on stage.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in animal performance.
Build relationships with animal trainers and organizations to expand our network and resources.
Contribute to the development of concepts that involve animals in storytelling, pushing creative boundaries.

Requirements:

A genuine love and respect for animals, with a comprehensive understanding of their behavior and needs.
Proven experience in animal handling, preferably within the entertainment industry.
Demonstrated artistic skills and a strong background in theater, filmmaking, or related fields.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on production schedules.
