Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, operating procedures, and quality control documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Review and edit existing documentation for consistency and clarity.
- Translate complex technical information into concise and easily understandable language.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement documentation management processes and best practices.
- Maintain version control and document revision history.
- Perform document audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Technical Writing, Communications, or Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other document management software.
- Experience in a technical writing or document management role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as ISO standards, is a plus.
