Responsibilities:

Create and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, operating procedures, and quality control documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
Review and edit existing documentation for consistency and clarity.
Translate complex technical information into concise and easily understandable language.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Develop and implement documentation management processes and best practices.
Maintain version control and document revision history.
Perform document audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Technical Writing, Communications, or Engineering.
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other document management software.
Experience in a technical writing or document management role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as ISO standards, is a plus.
