Position: Guest Experience Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Specialists. As a Guest Experience Specialist at Autoliv, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering a seamless experience to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests by providing outstanding service
Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
Assisting guests with reservations, check-in/check-out, and other requests
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Collaborating with team members to continuously improve guest experience

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays
