Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies specifically targeting the aviation and aerospace industry.
  • Identify and engage with top-tier professionals in related fields through various channels, including job fairs, online platforms, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and conduct thorough candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, utilizing behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and establish strategic relationships with educational institutions to attract emerging talent.
  • Stay updated on aviation and aerospace industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to streamline talent acquisition processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with the HR team to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the onboarding and retention processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting our organization as an employer of choice within the aviation and aerospace sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate selection methods.
  • Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
