Position: Lifestyle Experience Specialist

Job Description:

Create and deliver unique lifestyle experiences that combine elements of sports, entertainment, and leisure.
Develop engaging programs and activities to enhance the overall student experience within the Central Region.
Collaborate with various campus clubs and organizations to organize events and initiatives that promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
Research and stay updated on current trends in the sports and entertainment industry to provide innovative and relevant experiences for the university community.
Coordinate with external partners to secure sponsorship and support for lifestyle-related events and activities.
Monitor and evaluate the success of lifestyle programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service to students and staff, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all participants.
Manage budgets, resources, and logistics associated with lifestyle events and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in event management, recreation, or related fields is highly advantageous.
Passion for sports, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work on evenings and weekends, as required for events.
