We are on the lookout for an Adventure Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Old Kempton Distillery in stunning Tasmania, Australia. As the Adventure Experience Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of delivering unique and thrilling experiences to our visitors.

Role Overview:

Collaborate with the team to design and execute adventure-oriented events and activities on our picturesque grounds, leveraging the rugged beauty of the Tasmanian landscape.
Work closely with local outdoor sports and adventure communities to create partnerships that enhance our visitors' experiences.
Develop and manage a calendar of outdoor adventure events, including hikes, trail running, and other exhilarating activities.
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants during all adventure experiences.
Contribute to the development of adventure-related merchandise and promotional materials.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that visitors leave with unforgettable memories.

Requirements:

A passion for outdoor adventure and a solid understanding of outdoor sports within the local Tasmanian community.
Demonstrated experience in event coordination or related fields, with a track record of successful project management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with adventure enthusiasts and local partners.
A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box when developing adventure experiences.
