Your Role as an Experience Coordinator:

As an Experience Coordinator at Kamehameha Schools, your primary responsibility will be to curate and coordinate immersive, authentic, and awe-inspiring experiences for visitors exploring the beauty of Hawaii. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have memorable trips filled with adventure, cultural enrichment, and relaxation.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop unique travel itineraries, tailored to individual preferences, to provide travelers with unforgettable experiences in Hawaii.
  • Collaborate with local businesses, service providers, and suppliers to secure the necessary resources for delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Manage logistical aspects, including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings, to ensure seamless execution of each itinerary.
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors during their stay, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on the latest tourism trends, attractions, and events in Hawaii to make informed recommendations and enhance guests' experiences.
  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing engaging content, creative ideas, and imagery for promoting Hawaii as an exceptional travel destination.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the tourism, hospitality, or related industry, showcasing expertise in crafting exceptional travel experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • A passion for and deep knowledge of Hawaiian culture, history, geography, and tourist attractions.
  • Proficiency in using innovative technology tools to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
