Your Role

As a Sustainability Integration Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with various departments to implement sustainable initiatives throughout our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Developing and implementing sustainability strategies and action plans
Evaluating and monitoring our energy consumption and implementing energy-saving solutions
Collaborating with suppliers and partners to source eco-friendly materials and products
Engaging and educating our staff members on sustainable practices
Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in sustainable pottery production

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A strong passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
Prior experience in project management or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and standards

Note: Prior experience in the Energy/Environment sector is highly desirable.
