Your Role and Responsibilities:

Design tailored training programs to enhance performance based on individual needs
Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement
Provide guidance on proper techniques, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
Analyze and monitor performance indicators to track progress
Collaborate with a diverse team of instructors and professionals
Deliver engaging workshops and lectures on performance enhancement
Stay updated with the latest research and trends in the Sports/Fitness industry

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Human Kinetics, or related field
Professional certification in performance enhancement or equivalent
Prior experience working with athletes, teams, or individuals in a coaching/training capacity
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
