Job Description

As a Creative Imagination Officer, you will be responsible for spearheading artistic and innovative projects across various business units within Eni. You will play a crucial role in promoting our core values of creativity, freedom of thought, and professionalism throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with Eni's strategic objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Eni remains at the forefront of creativity
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across Eni's various communication channels
Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to fuel creativity within the organization
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and artists

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proven experience in a creative role, preferably within the energy sector
Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of art history, typography, and composition principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
