Job Summary:

Ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal policies
Develop and implement legal strategies for the company
Provide legal advice and guidance on various business matters
Review contracts, agreements, and documents
Manage legal documentation and record-keeping
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support
Conduct internal investigations as necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
JD degree and active bar membership in Ohio
At least 3 years of experience in corporate compliance or a related legal field
Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
