Position: Legal Services Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and competent Legal Services Coordinator to join our esteemed association. As a Legal Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our legal services, assisting our members, and maintaining efficient communication channels between internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage legal service requests from members and external clients
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate and timely information to support decision-making processes
- Organize and maintain comprehensive records of legal cases and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely resolution of legal matters
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including scheduling and organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining calendars
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures
- Stay updated on relevant legal regulations, practices, and industry standards
- Assist in organizing legal events, seminars, and training programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a legal services-related role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and principles
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using legal software and document management systems
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and German; knowledge of French is a plus
