Are you ready to take on an exhilarating challenge? We are currently seeking a Padel Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Padel Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable Padel experience for every player
Coordinate and lead Padel tournaments, leagues, and events
Provide professional on-site coaching and training sessions for players of all skill levels
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring regular engagement and satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with Padel trends, equipment, and industry advancements

Requirements:

Passionate about Padel with a deep understanding of the sport
Prior experience in coaching or organizing Padel events is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Proactive and self-driven with a can-do attitude
