Job Opening: Global Engagement Specialist

Are you passionate about building connections and creating opportunities on an international scale? Do you have a keen eye for identifying global trends and developing strategies to maximize outreach? Thokomala is looking for a dynamic Global Engagement Specialist to drive our global initiatives and expand our international network.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of our global outreach strategy
Identify and establish partnerships with organizations worldwide
Create fundraising campaigns to support international programs
Coordinate cross-cultural exchanges and study abroad programs
Stay updated on global trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful program execution

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in global engagement, preferably in the non-profit sector
Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and an ability to work in diverse environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and at least one other international language
Ability to travel internationally, as required
