Position Overview:

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting our facility with the broader community by developing and implementing engaging events and programs. You will collaborate with local organizations, promote inclusivity, and spearhead initiatives fostering social connections and wellness among residents, staff, and the surrounding neighborhood.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute diverse community events, wellness programs, and outreach activities
Foster partnerships with local sports and entertainment groups to enhance community involvement
Implement multicultural activities and initiatives that celebrate diversity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all programs align with our commitment to inclusivity
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or related areas
A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
