Job Title: Animal Welfare Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee animal care programs
- Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of the animals
- Provide enrichment activities to promote animals' mental and physical health
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and safe environment for animals
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of animal welfare policies
- Support the adoption process and assist with finding loving homes for animals
- Prior experience in animal care or related fields
- Passion for promoting animal welfare and ethical treatment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
