We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join Cantina Zaccagnini, a leading company in Abruzzo, Italy, committed to sustainable practices and environmental conservation. As a Sustainable Innovation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our company's efforts in promoting sustainable energy solutions and fostering an environmentally friendly culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve energy efficiency within the company.
Research and recommend sustainable practices related to production, waste management, and renewable energy sources.
Evaluate and monitor the environmental impact of our operations on a regular basis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement environmentally friendly solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Advocate for sustainability initiatives both internally and externally, promoting the company's social responsibility efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainability, energy management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and sustainable business practices.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Passion for environmental conservation and a commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
