Who We Are Looking For:

An individual with a strong commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for our employees and customers.
Someone who is highly observant, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent problem-solving abilities
A team player who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments to uphold our security standards
Experience in emergency response, risk assessment, and proficiency in crisis management would be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain a safe shopping environment for our customers and staff
Conduct regular security checks and risk assessments of the store premises
Develop, implement and manage security procedures and protocols
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations if an incident occurs
Provide immediate response and support during emergency situations
Implement strategies to prevent theft, minimize potential safety hazards, and maintain crowd control
Effectively communicate security updates and important information to store management and team members
