The Role

Your Responsibilities:

- Forge and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the cultural sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Passion for the arts, culture, and community engagement.
- Fluency in English and at least one other major European language.
