About the Role:

As an Economic Growth Specialist at Norrlandsfonden, you will be responsible for driving financial strategies and advising businesses in their growth journey. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate investment opportunities
Collaborate with local businesses to understand their growth plans and financial needs
Provide expert advice on financial management, capital investment, and strategic planning
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and government organizations

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a banking or investment setting

Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
