Job Title: Wellness Advocate

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with members in maintaining their financial wellness through various credit union products and services.
Utilize financial expertise to support and guide members in making informed decisions related to their financial goals.
Proactively engage with members to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Educate members on available credit union offerings and assist in resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members.
Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex financial concepts in a simplified manner.
Experience in the Healthcare/Medical field, ensuring an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing member needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
