Your Responsibilities:

Identify potential international partnerships and funding opportunities that align with the Museum's vision and mission.
Develop and implement strategies to drive international business development, focusing on creating relationships with organizations and individuals around the world.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract global visitors and donors.
Research global trends and analyze market opportunities to identify areas for growth and expansion.
Coordinate and participate in international conferences, trade shows, and cultural exchanges to promote the Museum's brand.
Establish and maintain relationships with foreign government officials, cultural institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to showcase the Museum's international initiatives and achievements.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in international business development and multicultural engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
Proven track record in international business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong knowledge of global markets and trends with an ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Experience in coordinating international conferences, events, or projects.
Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the arts, history, or cultural sector is a plus.
