Position: Digital Engagement Specialist
We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital presence, expanding our online reach, and enhancing our communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote our artistic initiatives
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms, website, and email newsletters
- Manage and monitor our online community, responding to inquiries and comments
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital projects and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and industry best practices to continuously improve our digital strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on audience engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to analyze and optimize digital campaigns
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
