About the Role

As an Excursion Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our tourism operations. Your primary responsibility will be to curate and organize a range of exciting excursions and outdoor activities, allowing our guests to explore the breathtaking landscapes and cultural treasures of our region.

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and coordinate various excursions, day trips, and outdoor activities tailored to the preferences and expectations of our diverse clientele.
Collaborate with local suppliers, tour guides, and transportation providers to ensure seamless logistical arrangements.
Create detailed itineraries and communicate them effectively to guests, answering any queries and providing helpful recommendations.
Maintain excellent relationships with external partners, negotiate favorable contracts, and continuously explore new opportunities for unique experiences.
Monitor excursion performance, gather guest feedback, and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest regional attractions, events, and tourist information to provide accurate and engaging commentary to guests.
Assist with general hospitality tasks as required, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements:

Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, with a strong knowledge of local attractions and activities in Södermanlands län.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple excursions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations and provide seamless experiences for our guests.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
A passion for travel, a creative mindset, and an ability to think outside the box when designing unique excursions.
