Position: Active Living Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement various sports and fitness programs, encouraging active participation within the language exchange community.
Organize and facilitate sports events, workshops, and tournaments, promoting teamwork, friendly competition, and personal development.
Collaborate with language instructors to integrate physical activities into language learning sessions, creating a unique and enjoyable language exchange experience.
Supervise and guide participants in maintaining proper form and technique during sports activities, ensuring their safety during all physical exercises.
Manage equipment inventory, repair, and maintenance, ensuring that all sports and fitness gear is in excellent condition for daily usage.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to our sports and fitness programs.

Qualifications:

Passionate about promoting an active lifestyle and well-being through sports and fitness activities.
Experience in organizing and coordinating sports events or fitness-related programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to oversee multiple activities simultaneously.
Knowledge of various sports and fitness techniques, with the ability to instruct participants effectively.
Fluency in both French and English is preferred, ensuring seamless communication within a diverse language exchange community.
