As a Creative Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge design concepts that integrate art, technology, and practicality. Your work will contribute to the development of sustainable products and solutions that address societal challenges and promote environmental consciousness.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and translate ideas into tangible designs
Apply design thinking methodologies to create innovative and sustainable solutions
Research and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies relevant to our industry
Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations
Create detailed design specifications, including sketches, 3D models, and prototypes
Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards
Ensure designs meet regulatory compliance and industry standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Design, Product Design, or Engineering
Proven experience in designing creative and practical solutions
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
