Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Technology Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Advanced Technology Manufacturing Engineer at Cnoga Medical, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the excellence of our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical aspects of manufacturing operations to optimize efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement advanced manufacturing methods and processes.
Participate in design review and provide input to enhance manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and reduce manufacturing costs.
Create and maintain detailed manufacturing procedures and documentation.
Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Stay up-to-date with advanced manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the medical device or related industry.
In-depth knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques and processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
