Position: Excursion Experience Coordinator

Job Summary: As an Excursion Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our visitors have an exceptional and memorable trip. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of our guests' excursion experiences, including tour planning, activity scheduling, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with different departments to design and create personalized excursion itineraries.
Coordinate tours and activities, ensuring seamless logistics and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Connect with external service providers to secure competitive rates and negotiate contracts.
Oversee excursion staff, including guides and activity instructors.
Resolve any issues or complaints, providing excellent customer support.
Track excursion-related metrics and generate reports to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the tourism, hospitality, or event planning industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected situations.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
