About the Role

Your Responsibilities:

Identify individual and organizational training needs, aligning them with our strategic goals
Develop and deliver comprehensive professional development plans and initiatives
Collaborate with various departments to evaluate performance gaps and implement targeted solutions
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
Manage external training providers and evaluate the effectiveness of their programs
Evaluate the impact of professional development initiatives through data analysis and employee feedback
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge
Provide guidance and support to employees in their career progression

Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in designing and implementing effective professional development programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
