Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
Create job descriptions and job advertisements that highlight our innovative and energetic work environment
Utilize various sourcing platforms and networks to identify and engage with potential candidates
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
