Job Title: Wildlife Encounter Specialist

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire wildlife enthusiasts on exciting expeditions in the Arctic region
Share knowledge about local flora, fauna, and conservation efforts in an engaging manner
Organize and conduct wildlife encounters, including hikes, kayak trips, and boat excursions
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants throughout the expeditions
Capture and document wildlife moments for research and promotional purposes
Collaborate with team members to develop and enhance expedition itineraries

Requirements:

Passion for wildlife, nature, and Arctic expeditions
Excellent knowledge of wildlife behavior, geology, and climate in the Arctic region
Proven experience in leading outdoor adventures and engaging with diverse groups
Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey information effectively
Physical fitness and ability to handle Arctic weather conditions
Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Wilderness First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
Prior experience in wildlife photography or videography is desirable
