Responsibilities:

Develop and implement eco-friendly retail strategies in line with our company's vision
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Create engaging displays and product presentations

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop innovative approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role
Passion for environmental sustainability and social responsibility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
