Position: Technology Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define technology requirements.
Design and implement scalable software solutions that align with business strategies.
Lead a talented team of developers, guiding and mentoring them throughout the software development life cycle.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of systems and applications.
Implement best practices and standards in software development.
Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
Expertise in software development and programming languages.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
