About the Role:

Lead and support innovation initiatives within the Services team, identifying and implementing new approaches to enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to foster a climate of continuous improvement and innovation.
Champion a culture of creativity and ideation, encouraging all team members to contribute innovative ideas.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for service innovation.
Develop and manage innovation projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable outcomes.
Provide mentorship and training to staff on innovative practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in driving innovation within a services-oriented environment.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to successful realization.
