As a Health & Wellness Champion, you will play a crucial role in promoting physical fitness, well-being, and healthy eating habits within our community.

Your Role

As a Health & Wellness Champion, you will develop and deliver engaging programs that integrate sports and fitness elements to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing fitness programs for individuals and groups across various age ranges
Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and goals
Providing education on nutrition and promoting healthy eating habits
Organizing and coordinating fitness events and workshops
Collaborating with community partners to expand health initiatives

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

A passion for promoting health and wellness through sports and fitness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and leading fitness programs
Knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
