Position: Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Performance Enhancement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Enhancement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' performance and improving their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Design and implement personalized performance enhancement programs for clients.
Evaluate and assess clients' performance goals and objectives.
Conduct performance measurements and regular progress assessments.
Provide expert advice and guidance on sports-specific training exercises and techniques.
Collaborate with other specialists to create comprehensive training plans.
Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in performance enhancement.
Ensure clients' safety and well-being throughout the training process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance enhancement training.
Strong knowledge of sports-specific training methods and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Professional certification, such as CSCS or NSCA-CPT, is desired.
