Position: Digital Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to drive our technological advancement efforts. As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our customers’ banking experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for integration into our existing systems
Create and maintain digital services and platforms for seamless customer experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
Manage projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs
Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar field
Minimum of 5 years experience in software development or digital solutions implementation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
Strong understanding of responsive web design, API integration, and UX/UI principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and collaboration skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) are a plus
