Position: Multicultural Construction Project Manager

Oversee and coordinate onsite activities, including contractors, subcontractors, and construction crews.
Implement effective strategies to mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and manage change orders.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing outstanding customer service.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
